Meet Our Team
Charlie Niedrach
President
Charlie Niedrach serves as the President of Reedy Property Services. A Native of Spartanburg, Charlie attended the University of South Carolina where he earned a Degree in Business Management and Economics. After Graduating in 2005, he began a career in Manufacturing having served in numerous operational roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he served as a Production Operations Manager for Contec in Spartanburg, SC.
Charlie has always had a passion for serving customers, process improvement, and developing high performing teams. This passion to help others along with years of refining operational management experience led Reedy to bring Charlie into the fold. Charlie is focused on ensuring all operations are running efficiently and keeping our investors, customers, and residents happy, while also focusing on new areas of growth for the company within the Services sector.
Charlie enjoys spending time with his family, pulling for the Gamecocks and spending time outdoors.
